Week One Summary -Kendall

One week has passed since Mary Kate and I embarked on this endeavor .. I ran 5 out of 7 of those days. Here is a little summary of this week from Kendall's perspective:

Monday- The"Honeymoon Period" in my relationship with running begins! The jog was great and optimism was high!

Tuesday- The VERY short "Honeymoon Period" ends. Well folks, that was quick. Jogging was less fun today. Legs = incredibly sore

Wednesday- Was supposed to be my day of rest but it was a beautiful day for a run so I went with one of my other roommates. Sandy showed me a new route that is completely flat. My happiness lasted until I realized how slow I was when she disappeared into the distance. So sore I could barely get out of bed.

Thursday- Rested

Friday- My run was really bad because I felt sick to my stomach. The good news is my soreness was completely gone.

Saturday- Run was decent

Sunday - Rested



Today - I did 25min on the treadmill and a 5min cool down. I enjoyed not being out in the cold. Another thing to love about the treadmill - the person next to you may be a faster runner, but they will never be able to pass you :)


I've added another goal for myself - Toned abs by my 21st birthday (2/21).
